Warranty Coverage

Subscribers

Enjoy a lifetime warranty as long as your subscription remains active. This covers manufacturing defects and product failures under normal use.

Non-Subscribers

Receive a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and product failures under normal use.

What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing Defects

If a defect arises from the materials or craftsmanship of the product, we will replace it. Clear photos or video evidence of the issue are required for assessment.

Filter Lifespan and Usage Guidelines

Each Nordisk Renhet filter is designed to last 13,000 liters of water. Based on typical usage (8 minutes per shower at 7–10 liters per minute), expected lifespans are:

• 1-person household: 6 months per filter
• 2-person household: 3–4 months per filter
• 3-person household: 2–3 months per filter
• 4-person household: 1.5–2 months per filter
• 5-person household: 1–1.5 months per filter

Replace filters according to these guidelines to maintain optimal performance. Actual lifespan may vary based on individual usage and flow rates.

Normal Use Failures

Failures occurring under normal usage conditions, demonstrated via video evidence, are covered by the warranty.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear from prolonged use or environmental exposure.
• Damage caused by improper use or incorrect installation.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, please:

1. Contact our support team at support@nordiskrenhet.com.
2. Describe the issue and provide clear photos or video evidence.
3. Use Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms to share larger files.

Our team will review your claim promptly and send a replacement product if approved. Refunds are handled separately via our Return Policy page.

Replacement Policy

Warranty claims result in a replacement product. Refunds are not available through warranty claims.

Warranty Transferability

If you sell or gift your Nordisk Renhet product, the warranty is transferable. The new owner must present the original proof of purchase.

Extended Warranty Options

Non-subscribers may request an extended warranty by contacting admin@nordiskrenhet.com.

Geographic Coverage

This warranty is valid within the European Union.
